About United Finance : History

United Finance was formed in 2003 by proprietor Richard Dixon. The initial training and certifications came through the Loan Consultants in London. Training took place in most aspects of commercial finance e.g. asset funding, investment mortgages, commercial mortgages, personal loans, bridging finance and cash flow finance for businesses.

After trading for a couple of years a decision was taken in regarding which products to specialize in, and off the back of this decision we decided to specialize in bridging finance, commercial mortgages, investment mortgages and a very good personal loan product to support all the clients needs. After establishing ourselves with the majority of major lenders in these fields we soon built very strong relationships at director level within these organizations. We are now in the fortunate position that we have regular meetings with these lenders at our new offices near Manchester Airport where we are able to strengthen reciprocating business which benefits our clients. We are also proud to have a broker network and a reputation for getting difficult deals done were they couldn’t be achieved elsewhere.
